The Call Answering Company.
The Call Answering Company is a local family business who provide outsourced call answering and other support services to busy businesses.
We were asked to help in producing an annual marketing plan for the business following their work with business coach Phil Ward. The plan was created with the objective of focusing on and targeting new markets.
A plan was created focusing on key sectors where we developed campaigns including email content, web content, blogs and social media supported by our design services. Working in partnership with their website provider we handled all aspects of their marketing support as well as contributing towards their success and growth for two years.
